This was a tired looking 38 year old condo that had never been upgraded. The client wanted it updated with a modern theme throughout but wanted the sunroom facing the beautiful view still kept beachy looking. Modern dark cabinets, with a mosaic glass backsplash and white granite counters along the with a glass like ceramic tile gave it an up- to-date modern feel. Also the pass through was enlarged to make it more open exposes the beautiful view off the  sunroom. Laminate floors throughout and a floating entertainment unit made this fixer upper more spacious. Bedroom was upgraded with fresh paint, beautiful laminate and new vanity for a modern feel.
